Your goals.
Your timeline.

Private sessions are the fastest way to improve as a freediver. Without a group dynamic, every minute of water time is focused entirely on you — your technique, your mental game, your specific goals for the day.

Whether you're a complete beginner who prefers to learn without an audience, a scuba diver wanting a gentle introduction to breath-hold, a spearfisher working on safety and depth, or an experienced freediver looking to break through a plateau — private sessions are built to meet you exactly where you are.

Sessions run as half days or full days, at a location that works for you. Pricing is discussed directly — reach out and we'll put together something that fits.

Beginner

First-time freedivers

Prefer to learn privately without a group? Private sessions are a calm, unhurried introduction to the ocean on your own terms. No pressure, no audience — just you, the water, and undivided instruction.

Intermediate

Scuba & spearfishing crossover

Already comfortable in the water but want to translate that into real breath-hold technique? We bridge the gap between scuba instincts and freediving principles — equalization, relaxation, and efficiency at depth.

Advanced

Breaking through a plateau

Stuck at a certain depth or time? Private sessions go deep on the specific mechanics holding you back — whether that's mental, technical, or physical. Targeted feedback, video analysis, and focused drills.

Built around
your session.

Every private session starts with a conversation — what you're working on, what's not clicking, where you want to be. From there the session is built around your specific needs. No fixed curriculum, no group pace.

Common focus areas are listed on the right, but this is a starting point, not a limit. If you have something specific in mind, bring it.

  • Breath-hold technique and breathwork
  • Equalization — Frenzel, mouthfill, troubleshooting
  • Relaxation and mental preparation
  • Duck diving and efficient descent
  • Finning technique and hydrodynamics
  • Buddy system and safety protocols
  • Spearfishing-specific depth and safety training
  • Shallow water blackout prevention
  • Depth progression strategies
  • Video analysis and feedback
  • Competition preparation
  • Certification if desired
