MM Freediving is based in South Florida and led by a certified freediving instructor with years of hands-on experience teaching both complete beginners and spearfishermen with years of experience. Our approach is calm, patient, and rooted entirely in safety.
Once you learn the fundamentals, freediving becomes largely a mental game, and we are here to help you advance to the next level. Our course will help you dive deeper, gain comfortability at depth and most importantly learn to do it safely.
South Florida is one of the most unique dive environments on the planet. Warm water year-round, incredible visibility, and ocean life that rewards anyone willing to slow down and look. We want to help you access all of it.
